Product Introduction
AC-1917 is a two-component acrylic 10:1 AB structural adhesive and a versatile methyl acrylic structural adhesive with strong impact resistance and fatigue resistance. It is used for bonding metals, plastics, glass, and other materials, as well as bonding thermoplastic and thermosetting composite materials. It has superior performance and is a special adhesive for assembling metal shells of electronic products.

Product application: Widely used in various materials such as metal bonding, metal bonding plastic, PC bonding metal, ABS+PC material, magnesium aluminum alloy bonding engineering plastic, etc. Typical applications include structural bonding of the shell, frame, and parts of mobile devices such as laptops, tablets, mobile phones, point readers, electronic dictionaries, and digital products.

Instructions for use
Pre treatment: It is recommended to clean the bonding surface with acetone or isopropanol to remove oil stains, dirt, and dust. Do not use low alcohol, gasoline, or paint thinner. If the surface has been cleaned by mechanical polishing or chemical corrosion, a stronger and more durable bonding effect can be obtained.
Excess glue: This product can be manually or automatically applied to the pre treated adhesive surface. Usually, a 0.05-0.1mm thick adhesive layer can provide a high adhesive shear strength at the bonding site. Proper adhesive bonding design is also crucial to ensure the durability of the adhesive components. After applying this product to the adhesive parts, they should be immediately assembled and clamped.
