Product Features

Instructions for use
1. Pre treatment: The surface of the bonded material should be clean, free of grease, and most surfaces should not be subjected to special pre-treatment;
2. Glue application: Apply an appropriate amount of this product evenly on the surface of the substrate;
3. Removal: The spilled glue can be wiped with a dust-free cloth or a dust-free cloth with alcohol.

Precautions
This product should not be exposed to air for a long time during use and should be stored in a sealed container;
Storage temperature 5 ℃ -25 ℃

Adhesive scheme
The traditional electric meter face shield shell is mainly fixed by screws, which has the disadvantages of poor waterproofing and no guarantee of safety performance. An effective solution to this problem is to use glue to bond. At the beginning, low-cost room temperature cured silicone adhesive was used for sealing and bonding. Although it could meet basic sealing and waterproofing requirements, the adhesive strength could not meet the bonding requirements; AB structural adhesive, which has a relatively high cost of use, has a fast curing speed and average adhesive strength. However, it is a two-component point adhesive that is not easy to operate and the gel is relatively hard after curing, making it less suitable for industry use; Subsequently, attempts were made to use hot melt adhesive that is expensive and requires heating. It solidifies quickly, has good adhesion, and requires heating, making it inconvenient for overall operation. Currently, only a small number of companies choose it.
We have developed a single component moisture curing adhesive, also known as liquid PUR, to address the above issues. It has a relatively low cost and does not require heating when dispensing at room temperature. However, its adhesive strength can reach the level of material breakage, and it has toughness, meeting customer requirements for waterproofing (IP67) and high and low temperature resistance.
