Over-Ear Headphones
Difficult to bond materials such as silicone rubber and PP are commonly used in headphones. We have developed a bonding product U-416-1 specifically for this purpose, which combines P material with silicone rubber material. This product has excellent bonding performance, and after complete curing, the bonding strength can reach the effect of tearing the material apart.
Earphone case adhesive
Our independently developed product 1565C can be called “liquid PUR”, leading the industry and can be used without heating. It meets the requirements of single component, elastic film, and high heat resistance. Has strong adhesion to iron plates, plastic ABS, PET, PEI, etc., especially when bonding plastic with plastic, the adhesion is 30% higher than other adhesive types
Speaker
The quality of the speaker center glue has a high impact on the sound quality. Our product U-4023 UV center adhesive has fast curing speed, flexible adhesive layer, and shock resistance. After continuous operation for 72 hours at 100% power of the amplifier, U-4023 UV center adhesive does not damage the sound quality of the speaker and can also withstand temperatures up to 120 ℃.
