Product Features
1. The curing time is rapid. It can be initially fixed in about 3 minutes in summer, and extended to 5-8 minutes in winter. After 30 minutes, it can reach 80% strength, and it will be fully cured after 24 hours.

Applicable occasions: This product is a two-component, room temperature curing, universal low odor acrylic adhesive suitable for rapid bonding of most plastics, metals, and glass.

Instructions for use
Pre treatment: It is recommended to clean the bonding surface with acetone or isopropanol to remove oil stains, dirt, and dust. Do not use low alcohol, gasoline, or paint thinner. If the surface has been cleaned by mechanical polishing or chemical corrosion, a stronger and more durable bonding effect can be obtained.
Excess glue: This product can be manually or automatically applied to the pre treated adhesive surface. Usually, a 0.05-0.1mm thick adhesive layer can provide a high adhesive shear strength at the bonding site. Proper adhesive bonding design is also crucial to ensure the durability of the adhesive components. After applying this product to the adhesive parts, they should be immediately assembled and clamped.
